CYCLE

CHILLING CYCLES
Soft cycle (standard) – 90 mins: for soft, light or delicate food which is small in size or volume
Hard cycle (intensive) – 90 mins: for high density or heavy produce, as well as for preparing food for packaging.

FREEZING CYCLES
Soft cycle (standard) – 240 mins : for uniformly freezing; food not subjected to sudden temperature change and/or  of variety of ingredients
Hard cycle (intensive) – 240 mins:  for frozen stocking for long period; for raw produce freezing semi-finished dishes.
